We have sailed nearly 200 sea days on Carnival and enjoyed consistent high quality food, fun and staff. The dining room staff accommodated our special request for a table. The kitchen staff was able to provide excellent tasty meals despite a few shortages due to the extended time at sea. the customer service desk calmly answered the barrage of quest questions resulting from the constant changes due to the storm. We did not take shore excursions or use the exercise facilities but understand from feedback they were excellent. The Glory is one of the best of the best and the friendly captain led a top notch crew. Due to Hurricane Irma,, the route was changed from Eastern to Western Caribbean and extended for several days due to the Miami port closure. The captain kept guests informed and found calm seas throughout the cruise and the staff handled the many changes in stride, We also took advantage of a free extended trip to the Bahamas. This is out third trip on the Glory and the entire experience reaffirmed our choosing Carnival as our exclusive cruise Line. Other ships we are especially fond of include Conquest and Miracle. We also look forward to a future trip booked on a larger ship(the Vista)..In addition to the high rating we have awarded the ship, our Carnival trip planner (Linda) has always been sure to advise us regarding future opportunities, and handled the many details in a friendly, pro active manner. We can't thank her enough.
Always clean and made up around our schedule. Plenty of storage/closet space. The cabin steward was professional and available when we needed him. Laundry was picked up and delivered promptly. The customer service was able to accommodate us by keeping Cherisse and her scooter on the 10th floor for the back to back cruise.
We stayed onboard!
