Took cruise with family, group of six and was very disappointed with change of ports at the last minute. Ended up going to Mexico, and Nassau, which are not very fun ports, and had been there a million times, taking our children. Had wanted to explore other ports the Caribbean, but ended up in the same old ports. Understand, weather plays a factor, but for the expense of the cruise, we were given substandard ports of call in exchange for original destinations when other ports; that would have been of higher interest were available to see in the area. Each port we went to had two Carnival cruise ships (which I would expect). Quite a bummer. In the past we took those same Carnival ships with our children, so was very disappointed to find out last minute that we were going to those ports.
Also have to add that we had an outside balcony room, and the bathrooms were itty bitty; could barely move around. Should have allowed more room when designing room layout
Cabin was pleasant except for bathrooms were incredibly small
