We had booked a similar cruise 12 months ago but due to personal circumstances had to cancel, so it was great to finally be able to go as it was my first time to Europe my wife's second. This was our 7th cruise 2nd on princess

We spent 3 days in Barcelona prior to cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it, Barcelona is a great city. We stayed at the Hotel Jazz which had been recommended on Cruise Critic and it was perfect.

We arrived early on embarkation morning around 10am, we were one of the first there, and we were onboard around 12.15pm, very smooth process.

Cabin was great, Room Steward did a great job. Balcony was a bit smaller than we had had on previous cruises
