We were impressed by the cleanliness of the ship itself. Everything was in order. The staff was very friendly. The convenience of having room service and having a wonderful staff that waited on you at the restaurants was great. We took the cruise just to relax and visit Europe,which in this trip we have not seen these countries. The tours on land were enjoyable for the most part. The guides were articulate and knowledgeable about the city or town they spoke about. Of course they had a strong accent,which is not their fault. We would've taking more tours but it was expensive. Maybe you can work on getting that lowered. We are senior citizens and we value and save for this trip. So if we could have some kind of help in that way,it would be really appreciated. We definitely had a good time relaxing and enjoying the cruise. Good job Viking Cruises. We'll probably see you on a cruise to Egypt.
