Daughter uses royal caribbean and said we would be happy. She did not find the same experience we found. hard bed hurt hips, long long lines everywhere, no help from guest services, windjammer full of people shoving and pushing, no clean tables , had to clean our own. Food cold, two fights broke out while eating over tables, dirty hall way, old coffee during room service, 45 min. Wait for room service old coffee, bad stains on sofa in room, they cleaned it but left it wet, extremely long lines everywhere we went, had to clean tables off to eat pizza.

Two elevators out of service at busy times, they told us if we left ship at 8am no lines, they had number leaving at same time..long wait!

It was hurry up and wait the whole trip...very disappointed. No enough staff to handle all people on board. asked in advance for different cruise as we wanted eastern caribbean was forced to take western caribbean with no perks, found others on board that were given perks we couldn't even get a soft drink perk! could not sleep due to bad mattress, no one we complained to helped. NO ROOMS TO EXCHANGE US,
