Unfortunately we booked the trip not knowing tha we were 16 ofuk couples the rest bein German, not a problem,but we felt quite isolated,all of the ships announcements were in German,followed by occasionaly with a short comment in English .The food was terrible nearly always warm or cold and very difficult to guess what it was,as most of the time it wasn’t described or labelled,The crew were rude surrly and quite offensive on occasions,I would never ever go on the ship again,nor would quite few of the people we met ,disembarkation was nothing less the a joke,as was embarkation,we were given the wrong cabin, when I mentioned this I was told I was wrong,until I produced the ticket telling the cabin I was in.No apology just wait and will sort it out.When we arrived on the ship about 12.30 pm we asked for 2glasses of wine and was told we will have to pay as the all inclusive dose no start until 2.30 pm.from then it just got worse
