Overall experience was very good. We booked a fly cruise from the UK, and the flight was uneventful and punctual. The transfer to the port was good, and the embarkation process very efficient, despite the fact that we are not eligible for priority boarding. The process took about 30 minutes, and we were on board in time to enjoy lunch in the MDR (which is only available until 1.30) which was very quiet and relaxing. Our balcony cabin was fine, and size was more than adequate for 2 passengers. Only criticism would be lack of facilities for drying the towels.
Food overall was good, although for British tastes we felt the choice of vegetables served with meals in main dining room was rather limited.
Generally, we thought the service on board was very good and friendly.

Katakolon (Olympia)
Very easy to visit Olympia on your own. PLenty of local coaches just outside the port gates that charge 10€ and give you 2 hours to visit the sight. Admission is 12€, so makes a very pleasant trip
Kotor
Took the Hop on Hop off bus just outside port gates, which included a short guided tour of the old city when we returned. We thought it excellent value for money, although cash only is required ( no credit card facility )
Naples
Took a ferry from just outside the cruise port, across the bay to Sorrento. We have visited the most popular sites, i.e. Pompeii and Herculaneum and wanted a relaxing day. Had a pleasant lunch in Sorrento, and returned mid afternoon. Journey took approx 40mins, and a reasonable cost.
