Traveled with children

First time on Norwegian cruises with our family, ages ranging from 3 - 83, great clubs for for children, my grandchildren enjoyed every minute of it , but we found the ship to crowded and the attitude of the staff mixed, I had to complain to head of beverages about one bar person in the cocktail bar by Taste restaurant. Having sailed on Celebrity cruises before it is far superior. the service in Taste restaurant was very varied, on one occasion we had to ask for drinks, had taken the food orders but not drinks and yet on another night on a different table couldn't fault the service. The cafe was very good with a wide choice of food to choice from back at breakfast found it difficult to get any where to sit. Getting back on board after a day ashore lead to queuing sometimes as they only had one entrance open.

Would I sail with Norwegian again? NO
