  • Destination: Canada & New England
  • Cabin Type: Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony

We chose this cruise because my friend uses a wheelchair and assumed, after many calls, that the answers she received would be accurate. They were not, so much was not accessible to her.

Our handicapped accessible shower was clogged and completely flooded the bathroom twice, after the plumber had been there. They have barely any accessible excursions when nearly half the guests were in wheelchairs or used scooters.

The ship may have been refurbished but it is not wheelchair friendly by any means. The hallways are very narrow so it's nearly impossible to get down them if housekeeping is working and has carts, etc in them or if someone else is simply trying to walk at the same time. I don't want others to make the same mistake.

The crew tried their best to help make it a better experience but it was well out of their reach.

Never again...
