We had Emerald highly recommended by our Travel Agent, who had sent other clients on your Danube cruises.
We were also swayed by the brochure, which promised a most enjoyable cruise.
In the main, we did enjoy it, but there were aspects that we thought could be significantly improved. Our main disappointment was the cuisine. We did not like the single sitting arrangement for dinner. We thought the food at dinner especially was short on variety, quality and quantity, with too much emphasis on presentation. We were not offered a barbeque, despite the great weather on our first three days.
Cabin Review
Excellent facilities. Very comfortable and clean. Very attentive cabin boy (Darko). On the first three days when the weather was hot and sunny, the balcony facility was much appreciated. Only missing facility was a coffee /tea making machine.
