This cruise was for my partners 65TH birthday and was chosen for the itinerary. We've cruised lots before but this was our first time with Thomson.

We did enjoy ourselves and met some lovely people but I think the phrase "Almost but not quite" sums up our experience.

The ship - very clean everywhere except the toilets on the top pool deck which were often without toilet paper and soap and the bins overflowing with paper towels, really not nice. The ship is also very old, drab and the tired. There is a lot of rust and everywhere and everything just looks dated. Parts of the carpets have been replaced so there are patches of bright new next to very faded worn and the bed linen and towels were clean, but grey, old and had holes in. There was also a bad drains smell most days in certain areas of the ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin Outside

Terrible noise/vibration.

Port Reviews

Split

It was raining hard so didn't get the full flavour. Bit of a walk into the town where they had a biggish market.

Dubrovnik

Got taxi in from port which cost €13 each way. Beautiful town. Very expensive cost us £6.50 each for a small coke, but nice sat there people watching.

Kotor

Got tendered in. Beautiful little town and stunning location. Sailing out was stunning. The most amazing port we have been to for views.
