Very disappointed

This was cruise number 13 for me and number 4 for my partner all with MSC.

We thought because it was a new ship it would be great, no such luck.

There were not enough crew for the ratio of passengers hence things were not done as they should have been. for example, long waits for drinks, cold meals, queues to get off and on the ship

The staff managed as best they could and were very good but all could see it was tough going for them.

There are signs at the casino entrances under 18years not allowed but the parents don't give a toss, there were kids in there every night, not good.

This ship is lovely but it is too big, too many kids and not enough staff, it would be nice to have a few areas ADULTS only, every 2nd person we spoke to were very unhappy and said the same as us ", we will not be doing any more cruises with MSC." you really don't care about your loyal passengers.
