  3. Celebrity Reflection
We had a wonderful time on celebrity reflection and the quality of the service was amazing. We had a beautiful room. The food in the main restaurant and in the Oceanview cafeteria was amazing. You had many choices and there was enough of everything. The quality of the food I would rate 10 and the staff on the ship Wanted to make sure that you were happy with great service. Everything was kept spotless and staff was always cleaning and you felt like healthwise you were very safe. The entertainment each night different as some nights were better than other nights. But it was still great entertainment. The dancers and singers really put themselves out to make sure that there was a good show put on. The second to the last night the dancers put on a show that was Broadway quality, it was so amazing. On the main level every night they had a band and a singer so that you can dance to the music and The group was amazing. The singer had such a beautiful voice and we loved dancing to the music. There is so many different activities each day on board that you can choose from or if you just wanted to sit and do nothing that was OK too. It was fun going to all the different ports and you had shore excursions to choose from if that is what you wanted to do. At many of the smaller ports we just walked around had a great time but we did take to shore excursions. We are very disappointed in the one that we took for old Nice town and I do not recommend that one to anyone. You could basically do it on your own but it's hard to get out of the port! We traveled by ourselves but we met so many interesting couples and and almost everyone is friendly and ready to talk to you. From all the different couples we talk to all of them have been on the Celebrity line 4 to 8 times and just love cruising with them.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Verandah
Cabin 2B 7274
our room was very spacious for being on a cruise and very clean. If we needed anything all we had to do was call the Porter and he was right there to help us out. The bathroom is not that big but it's big enough with a great shower and enough storage and space to move around. The bed is so comfortable and they have enough storage in the cabin for all your clothes for the two week cruise. They were fresh towels twice a day if needed and great sheets.

  • Cooking Class
Best thing we did that day was the cooking class, amazing. We made paella, sangria and put together dishes of Taps. There were 20 people, the chef and his helper and this is all done at there restaurant. We first went to the market together of the food and then back to the restaurant where everyone helps out in the preparation of the meal. Afterwords, we are served this delicious food and we sit around talking, laugh and drinking. What More can you ask for, I highly recommend any of these cooking classes.

  • Gaudi Walking Tour
This is a 2 1/2 hour walking tour and it was free, all you had to do was tip them at the end. It was great and the young lady it was leading the tour was so knowledgeable about the history and filled us in with a little bit of great information. You have to make sure that you sign up for these free walking tour's early because they fill up but well worth it. Wear comfortable shoes and always bring rain gear with you, because it was raining that day.

  • La Sagrada Familia
You must see this beautiful church and the amazing story behind it. It is so breathtaking. We signed up through a local travel agency for a private tour and it turned out that morning it was raining so there was only three of us that went and it was great. I recommend that you have a tour guide with you to explain all the fine details about this beautiful church. Just walking around doesn't do it!

  • Private Tour
Hop on and hop off bus which I found to be expensive and you need to allow a Lotta time to get to where you're going if you set up an earlier appointment. We had to get off the bus and take a taxi to get to our tour but we miss. It was our fault and didn't figure out our time right so be careful.

  • Cartagena (Spain)
This is my favorite place to visit, love the scenery and all the little shops and the delicious food. Very clean town but very busy and all we did was walk around.

  • Florence (Livorno)
This is a beautiful location and the scenery is breathtaking. You have many different choices to choose from and you can't make a mistake. But what we did fine is that you can book a lot of things on your own, as you get off the ship there are taxis, etc. to see the sights. It just depends where you're at and how close you are to town.

Very pretty town and we just had fun walking around and having lunch out. Recommend that you take one of the shuttle buses into town or you can sign up for something at the dock

Another beautiful spot and you could take many different tours from the dock to see this beautiful port. We just walked in our own and had lunch out and it was enough

  • Rome (Civitavecchia)
We were in the room only for two days before the cruise and we did sign up for Celebrity for transfers. The transfers for two people $150 one-way, spending $300 round-trip. We were contacted by someone from cruise critic to use another company and the cost was half the price or more for two people. The cost is only €45 for two and going home back to our hotel at the airport was €70, because they took us directly to the hotel instead of the airport. The transportation was vans and they were able to get in about eight people so that's why the prices were kept down, quite a savings!
