MSC used to be example of a good organization and well-thought planning. Our experience this time was totally different.
1) Embarkation was a disaster: old people queuing for hours. Totally messy.
2) Dining experience: the first night we had a waiter that was openly rude, visibly angry at something or someone. The rest of the time was better, but still showing lots of ups and downs.
