We liked the itinerary, and ship looked very good. Arriving as we did midweek into Rome was a big mistake, Only about 450 people get on at this point with only a few hundred arriving into the Airport that day. Norwegian do not want to arrange transport for every flight so they made us wait 3 hours until they had enough passengers to fill a coach. Once on board you really are a 2nd class passenger as everybody else got on 3 days earlier in Barcelona and had the welcome aboard parties etc and have booked up the weeks events already.

Ok well when they all get off at least you will have the jump on all the new passengers so you can book all the entertainment then, Wrong ! they shut down the booking system until midday by then you are ashore and most of the new passengers have arrived and making their reservations. On the day of leaving for most "Barcelona" the ship reverberates to constant announcements for disembarkation times. However when its time for the Rome passengers to leave on the Wednesday their are no announements just a letter telling you to be off the Ship by 6.30 or you will have to find your own transport.

We were then left at Rome Airport 5hrs prior to our flight leaving, some people had a longer wait.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B4

Great cabin with plenty of storage, slightly larger than average balcony but entire view from right side is obscured with cleaning machinery. No mention was made of this when booking.

Cabin at back in corner so no foot traffic or noise from other passengers.
