Was very crowded and staff had been reduced making for long waits at meal times and cold food. We had a meet & greet planned through our roll call group. It did not occur as planned due to our leader had to cancel the cruise due to illness and NCL would not let anyone replace her as she did not contact them directly. We did not know that until after we were all on the ship. We ask the specials groups organizer if we could still have a M&G as there was about 50 of us and had planned various activities that we wanted to coordinate at the meeting. She refused to assist us in any way. NCL has cut reduced and discontinued so many amenities to their loyal customers. No longer ship pins, chocolates at turn down, no Godiva candies, parties with canapés or little gifts to make loyal customers feel appreciated. Nothing. At the exclusive party for Latitudes elite members the cruise consultant did not introduce the Captain as is usually done, saucers with a few cheese cubes and even fewer grapes were put on our table of six. The cruise consultant thanked us for our loyalty then said it is your party and left with the four other officers that were in attendance. Over all the staff seemed indifferent to the guest, On a positive note the refurb was attractive and the itinerary was great,

Cabin had little surface space for personal items. Use to have a drawer under small counter for personal items. Adequate closet and clothing space.
