This was a family cruise, we traveled with my two brothers and their wives. We were interested in visiting Norway because we have family there, in Bergen. It worked out better than we had hoped, we were able to spend a wonderful afternoon and early evening with them before returning to the ship.
The time we spent on the trip was relaxing, and every meal we had was so good. The variety of food and drink made it hard to decide what to have, and it was a treat to try many of the foods from the port we were docked in that night. The staff really did an outstanding job of making sure everything was just right.
Every place we visited was amazing, we had knowledgeable guides, and interesting side trips. It was the trip of a lifetime. Being able to visit so many countries in such a comfortable manner made each day so very special.
The cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. The person who took care of our cabin, Ainur, was wonderful, and made sure that everything was exceptionally clean, and took care of any needs we might have, be it an extra towel or more shampoo. The one thing we would suggest is that bluetooth earphones be provided for the television. My husband had a very hard time hearing the TV because of his hearing, and could not turn it up loud enough to hear it. That is understandable, since the cabins are back to back, and you don't want to disturb the other passengers. But the earphones would help.
The Danish Beer and Walking Tour was great! The guide was very knowledgable, not only about beer, but about the town.
