The ship is amazing! Before the trip, we were somewhat concerned about its size and number of guests. However, the interior design was very well done. Never felt like we were in a crowd. Only one suggestion: update the functionality of the elevators. New computer systems virtually eliminate long wait times and "ghost" stops. Our cabin provided everything we needed (and then some) for comfort and a time to unwind. Our personal butler, Johnas, was amazing. We felt 100% spoiled -- he was a real treat for us. Celebrity is fortunate to have someone who truly cares about professional customer service. He deserves a star!! Our dining experience was delightful. Omer, Anastasia and Miki remembered everything (wine, coffee, etc). All 3 were on top of EVERYTHING and made certain we were happy with accommodations, food, beverage, wine selections. The maitre'd visited with us every evening and his outstanding leadership was evident. Good staff is a result of good leadership and Custodio is the best!! We saw him complimenting his team and pitching in with his team to keep customer service to a high level. He is a true leader (not a "boss"). Every person we saw or met spoke a greeting and smiled. Michael and Michelle made our morning at breakfast start off on the right foot with their attitudes (singing and fun interaction). The zip line and bobsled in Jamaica were great fun. Enjoyed visiting the islands. In fact, we enjoyed every facet of our trip so much that we scheduled two more cruises.
