I choose this cruise line because RC always have the better environment than other cruise line and the places where I liked to be. This time we had a stateroom with the balcony and it was very nice. What I was disappointed was the crews weren't as friendly as last cruise. They weren't anybody to welcome us onboard and didn't see many friendly and smiling crews at all and same as at the customer service counter. Lucky we had a better service crews in the main dining room. This ship needs to improve better personality like putting smile on their faces and be more helpful not just avoiding the guests. Another issue was there were kids running and jumping around the staircase and the kid almost bump to me and I had a cup of hot tea in my hand. Safety does come 1st, and maybe the ship should remind the parents to watch their kids.

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin G

After staying in the stateroom with Balcony, I won't want to go back to interior stateroom again. It's so nice to get see the ocean view while we were in the room. The only problem was the cleanliness. She didn't wipe the desk, I still saw the spots from day 1 until end of the cruise. I have to wipe it clean before I put my stuff on the desk. There's always other people hairs around the bathroom. I guess the housekeeping didn't wipe the counter or mop the floor.
