Food is mediocre, entertainment unoriginal, excursions not planned well (why am I in a shopping port on a Sunday? Florence on a Monday when museums are closed?). On one excursion we were "dumped" in a town with a map that had been photocopied so often it was no longer readable. In another city, our tour guide was dressed like he'd been living on the street, and we could only understand a fraction of what he was saying. ( couldn't tell if because of his accent or an actual speech impediment)

We found both dining room and buffet staff to generally be uncaring and inattentive. The exception to this is Alfrescos and Crown Grill.

The entertainment consists of the same old game shows and trivia challenges. Enrichment programs? I don't think so.
