Love the casualness of Norweigen cruises and the ease with which they handle passengers, eve on the larger ships, whereas friends who have had experiences on other lines find that they are not as efficient in handling larger numbers of passengers. We always find the food on Norweigen cruises excellent, especially in the specialty restaurants, where the service is always top notch. Would recommend that Norweigen add more enrichment/educational type amenities on their cruises. There was not a lot to see in Nova Scotia or St. John's Bay. we had a private tour in Nova Scotia and the tour guide was a local history teacher with his doctorate so he was quite informative. The bus tour through the ship, in St Johns Bay had a very knowledgeable tour guide although there was really not much to see on the tour. Loved Portland and had fun doing in Foodie Tour. So much to see in Boston, such a well preserved city.
Very clean; only noise from fog horn, although the doors did rattle on the nights we had very high seas. Always love the towel animals, especially the hanging money.
