This was the second cruise we have taken with Viking. The first was a river cruise and it was excellent. The small ship, ocean cruise that Viking is now offering was exactly what we wanted. The crew and service staff were wonderful. We took several optional tours and were not disappointed. Our cabin was spacious and the bathroom was the largest we have experienced on a cruise. The bed was very comfortable. The evening entertainment was delightful and we enjoyed meeting the cast after each show. Food was very good and the specialty restaurants excellent. The sauna was perfect to relax in and always clean. Embarking was no problem. There were Viking staff in the baggage area to assist and plenty of Viking people to direct us to the waiting buses. The same was true for the shore excursions we took in each of the ports of call. We will definitely take another Viking ocean cruise again.
