"We have cruised with P&O over 20 times and have been loyal clients since 2000. We feel that P&O are no longer interested in return clients and just want to attract new ones. The whole experience was very shabby. We have already booked, prior to going on this cruise with Azura in the Caribbean in 2018 unfortunately I will not go with P&O again after this next cruise as they are cutting back drastically on quality of food, entertainment and service. The shows were all old hat which we had seen over many years on P&O the select dining which we used a lot as the main restaurant was poor, the menus only changed twice in the whole cruise and were practically identical to the menus that we have had in the Epicurean , Beach House and Glass house over the last 5 years I would also note that these menus are the same on Azure Boring !! The commercial that P&O show on TV is not what you experience. IT is Now very amateur and down market. NEVER AGAIN. shame.
