OWNERS SUITE 8002 was wonderful! Cabin steward Yudi was excellent. RCCL, however is very lax on its no smoking policyl. People on balcony directly under us smoked and later after we complained, they retaliated apparetly by throwing cigarette butts AND a plastic bottle half-filled with water and packed with cigarette butts up onto our balcony and RCCL did NOTHING. Also woman in suite 8004 next door smoked out on balcony and RCCL did nothing. And we were in view of the Bridge cameras. They could have rolled back the footage and seen the culprits but they chose not to do so. I don't understad their reticence. Also, only possessors of the GOLD SEAPASS (which we possessed) were allowed entry into certain places like the Concierge Lounge which we enjoyed very much and also into Giovanni's Table for breakfast. However, others without the gold seapass were seen being served in Giovanni's at breakfast and when I mentioned to the concierge on duty that the server in Giovanni's at breakfast that day told the tag along couple (who were with relatives who HAD a gold seapass) that he wouldn't mention it and that they would not be charged for their breakfast, the concierge said he would take care of it. I don't know if it mattered because we never went back there, It was mediocre at best. I found it rude for non-gold seapass owners to get into places for which they had not paid the substantially higher $$s to be permitted entry because we HAD paid substantially more $$s to have these privileges. Whatever.
