Elevators were a problem, customer service desk tucked away, have to go up to 7 to get to 6. Oh, you went to 5 in order to get to 6, can't do that either. Asked for some music to be played at the teas, told the musicians were too busy doing other things. Cruise line is in your face selling stuff. You once went to the stores on the ship, now they come to you with stands in the middle of walk aisles with everything from t shirts to Russian dolls. In your face, like a cheap flea market. What happened to classy cruising?

Others in my group also had issues not taken care of, rattling noises in the walls (plumbing pipes?) never fixed. Three or four attempts later, not fixed and they were never moved to another cabin. Finally offered a credit equal to a little more than 10% of their cruise cost. They refused it, choosing to go to corporate.

All in all a non responsive management who seem to be driven to bring home a bigger and better bottom line while the rest of the staff are working their heads off to please.
