A serious mistake that may have tarnished our entire relationship with Royal Caribbean. We are Diamond Plus members and wanted to celebrate our 35th year wedding anniversary on- board the same ship we started our love affair with cruising - 25 years before - on our 10th anniversary. Usually cruise lines use the shorter cruises as hooks for longer trips. I cannot begin to express our disappointment and frustrations with incredibly poor service everywhere - Dining room, ship, activities - even purser's desk! The entire ship needs to have a serious retrofit. Worn out furniture in the cabins, frail towels, painted and badly kept outdoor rusts just signal lack of care. The last straw for us was the dining room staff. So rude and don't waste your time with the entire concept of 'my Time dining' - what a joke! when we arrived for our dinner, we were told that we needed to go and come back an hour and half later! ' my time dining' means - their time and not ours! Just do not fall for the beautiful advertising - Not what you will receive. And it will consistently keep you wondering that may be its not available at the level that you purchased. that's not customer service - that's classifying - and not worth it,

Cabin Review

Cabin junior suite

Worn out and needs care. Balcony furniture are worn out and frail. The deck is poorly painted to cover the rust.
