Concierge Jorge excellent. Andre & Ishie in dining OUTSTANDING!!! Ice show is BEST ENTERTAINMENT ON SHIP. The other entertainment was almost the exact same as we saw last year. Why, why why add "F-bombs" to Sat Nite Fever? This was our first experience of hearing it announced we may choose not to bring children to entertainment that is before 10 pm. Totally unnecessary!

One evening, music playing was "oldies" Everywhere we looked people - young, old, all ethnics were smiling, dancing, singing and visiting! It was great! Could use a little more of this type of music.

Egg crates on mattresses w NO protective covers - Nasty. Diamond Lounge too small. On the pool deck, one expects to see large women in Triangle bikinis without a coverup, but on deck 5 getting snacks? Men wearing open shirts in Dining room at night? Looking at a chest full of Curley hair is disgusting at the table. Unruly kids running up and down halls day & night.. Is Royal out of Galveston fast becoming a low class Cruise line?
