We chose this cruise for the destination and the cruse line due to the service. We spent the day in Miami prior to departure and even though the hurricane had just past we still had a great time on the cruise. The cruise was organized in boarding ship and departure was easy. The spa experience was enjoyable but I would have done more if there were better deals. The ship was not new but it was clean including the pools. It felt like an adult cruise and that was what I wanted, however there were children and it seemed like they were well accommodated.

The ship was clean and the dining room staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We did book our next cruse with royal Caribbean and I would recommend this cruise line for the overall experience. Overall staff were all very friendly...... the only complaint is have was the beds and pillows were uncomfortable I was at my limit with them after 4 nights anything longer would have been to much. We want to plan a longer cruise but this is a concern in planning it.
