I decided to take a cruise out of Baltimore since I live thirty minutes away and I've heard great things about the New England and Canadian cruise. The Grandeur is an older and smaller ship compared to the newer ships but the service was wonderful. The ship is very clean and the food was great. Our dining room waiters Herman and Elias provided excellent service and were always smiling and made sure we were happy with our meals. I did excursions through Royal Caribbean in every port and was able to learn and see all about the ports we visited. I was traveling with a friend who need a little extra assistance with getting off and on the ship since she uses a walker. The staff went beyond what was expected to assist with her safety. Enjoyed the entertainment. There was always something to see or do. Also we were always able to find seating around the pool deck.
