We chose this cruise along with the following cruise on 9/9/2017 as our first time on MSC. What an adventure!! Hurricane Irma certainly made it a cruise we will never forget!! Even though our itinerary was changed, we spent a couple days in Cozumel and then went back to Miami 2 days early, for us, the cruise was a success. The entire crew. and in particular Captain Marco Massa went out of their way to help all guests with not only their concerns but also their personal problems. The Captain and MSC went above and beyond what was expected to make every guests' experience the best possible. We certainly had one on one conversations with Captain Massa about our personal concerns...and would like to say "he is the BEST". The cruise for 9/9/2017 was cancelled, however MSC one again came through with a total refund plus 25% discount on a future cruise. We will certainly be back!!

The ship is beautiful, with plenty of entertainment areas, bars, restaurants and outside areas. The theater shows were also very good, a little different from what we normally see with their "European flair" but we enjoyed all of them. Being exposed to a different atmosphere throughout the ship and with the entertainment was refreshing.

Cabin B1

Cabin was roomy enough and comfortable, however the carpet needs to be replaced.
