We've cruised Constellations 3 times and this will be the last one.
We opted for Aqua Class and we were a little disappointed with the Persian Garden. It was noisey and had benches as opposed to individual beds with NO VIEW. Small area.
Cabin was dated and looked a bit run down. You can see the wear and tear of the 17yr old ship. Musical entertainment minimal and they played for very short periods, could have used more live music for longer periods of time. The one show we did see was not the greatest. Love the 'silent disco' - great fun. Staff seemed overworked/stressed and definitely understaffed. Room stewards don't have assistance anymore and they are cleaning at a surface level because they can't get around to doing a 'full' cleaning. BLU was our favourite part and the food was great. Bartenders are mostly attentive and the staff at Bacio are always welcoming.
OK...worn and dated
We walked around the area on our own and it was quite a nice city. Stumbled upon a great restaurant for lunch which was rated #2. Great city
Distance from ship to town
We used SICILY LIFE an independent operator. Luca was our tour guide and he gave us options and showed us his little place of heaven. Once at the port, we were introduced to the owner, Sergio and they were both very professional...would highly recommend
