I would rate them a little higher but a month after a Regent's canceled tour which I was to be refunded on my credit card, getting a round around. Lot's of promise but no refund a month later.

As far as the cruise very smooth embarkation and disembarkation, thanks. Rooms looking pretty tired and need some updating but clean and taken care of daily with no problems. Not a big issue, not in the rooms much. Most of the staff very helpful and very friendly, few minor issues but nothing that wasn't taken care of. I and a number of guest were surprised at the number of kids on the ship which is no big deal but had to spend way too much time with unsupervised kids at meals, bars, and tours. If I wanted to take a Disney tour I would have booked one, although a lot of the blame falls on the parents. Didn't know Regents was supposed to be their baby sitters and the guest get to enjoy their kids. I know I sound like I hate kids which is not the case, a lot of people were not happy about the situation. As far as food very good to very poor, Compass Rose was terrible twice. Prime was excellent, Signatures very good but was rushed from the minute we sat down. Sette Mari was very nice, great staff every time. Some nice tours no complaints at all with the exception of a canceled tour that we did not find out about until we left the boat on the pier.

Overall it was fine but not sure I got the best bang for the buck for what we were hoping for.
