Although I've been on a few cruises, they've been with different companies, Norwegian Fjords was on my bucket list, so was only looking for a cruise there.

Initially it looked as though I'd be travelling solo, so my choice of line was to an extent based on the single supplement & P+O wasn't as expensive as some others &, of her vessels making this trip, Britannia had the best deal, having already travelled on a large boat the size didn't put me off.

As a South Londoner the journey to Southampton is easy, just hop on a train from my local station, but I decided to travel down on the Saturday, just in case, & it was then I met my travel companion & cabin mate.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony with sofa

A reasonable size for 2, some have said the balconies are small, but I found it adequate to sit with a drink watching the world go by. The bathroom was quite bijou, but well laid out & the glassed shower enclosure much better than a shower curtain.
