First of all, I know this was an older ship but that was not my issue. The cabin bathroom, the seats in lobby and especially the Orpheum theater were not designed to accommodate large plus size people. Extremely small seat and if you needed a larger seat, you had to settle for the back of the theater which had "mini" sofas. The stand up shower was so tight, my husband couldn't turn around without wetting the floor. He is 6 ft and 350 lbs. Bathroom was super tiny not giving much space for the stand up shower. When you are big and tall, your fanny WILL hang out the stand up shower. It's dated, drawer with dirty with pen marks and crumbs. ONLY TWO OUTLETS in the entire room.

Very rarely would you see staff walking poolside to offer beverages. We had to get out of pool or Jacuzzi to get a drink at the bar--all other cruises I've been on offer poolside service (for a fee but worth it). There were not enough activities during the daytime when docked--Some people like us do not want to go offshore. Trivia games were not easy and led by staff that were not animated or engaging - very boring; kind but boring. Internet was spotty and very expensive. Much of the food at the Windjammer was room temperature or cold--I do have to say though, it was very delicious.

Disembarkation was designed to be organized and seamless; color and number coordinated. However, there was crowding and lines were so long to get off the boat - no one monitored if guests were on the correct lines.

Freeport

A lot of construction and shops were cramped and full because of the construction.
