embarkation/disembarkation very coordinated, cabin` immaculately clean and spacious with nice view, dining--good food, entertainment and activities--=very educational and interesting,ports and shore excursion--good info e.g. weather and etc. ship--nice and clean, overall service is excellent.Of all the cruise ships I have been, Viking is the best in the world.This is just our second cruise with Viking and me and my husband really, really like it.We had a voucher worth $200, on which we were not able to use it the last time, so I told my husband that we need to book another trip with this cruise ship.We also like the way the flight is scheduled with Viking, staff meeting us at the airport directing us to the bus that will bring us to the port.The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.Viking is also very good at sending us brochures and informing us about the promos.Me and my husband is looking forward for many, many more cruises with Viking.
