This was our second river cruise and chose Scenic because of all the FreeChoice options for excursions. The ship was incredibly clean and the entire staff was fabulous. It was an extremely well organized trip in large part due to the tour director, Szilvia. She was outstanding.

The tours were wonderful, although a bit smaller groups would have been better. All the guides were well informed and most interesting. Possible ideas for additional tours might include a car manufacturing facility or a lock tour. The tours on board (galley & Q&A session with chief engineer) were also very interesting.

There was ample food and great variety. There were always choices and we appreciated the availability of fresh fruit every day. Read more
