The staff was excellent in meeting our needs as well as helping us deal with quick changes in travelling during our daily trips . The Port excursions were very helpful in visiting the numerous sites we selected as well as making some last day changes. The food was excellent and both the restaurants and lounge staff were courteous in meeting our wishes. This was our 6th Viking trip and we are now planning a river trip in September 2108 (Our 7th Viking cruise). Our cabins were cleaned in a reasonable and efficient manner and the staff quickly dealt with the few small problems that we encountered. My wife and I were also very pleased with the use of the no cost washing and drying machines for some of our clothing. We look forward to sailing with Viking again next year. Finally, we were very pleased with our interaction with the wide range of staff on the ship. The individuals we interacted with were open in chatting with us as well providing directions and advice. Thank you
