This cruise was one of the best that I have been on. The seas were smooth, the skies was blue, the temps were perfect, and the lobster was yummy! If you haven't ventured north on the Grandeur, this 9-night New England and Canada cruise will become a new favorite! The ports of call were great, even though some of the excursions did not live up to their descriptions. For the most part, the ports were accessible, with the exception of Bar Harbor, which used tenders that could not accommodate many folks with scooters or non-portable wheelchairs. For those who haven't cruised out of Baltimore before, it is a very easy port to deal with. Embarkation and debarkation are typically very smooth, port staff are friendly and helpful, and things move along at a manageable pace. The port is close to BWI airport, so transfers are easy, and for those who choose to drive, getting to the port is also easy, as it is right off of I-95. This is my favorite port, and I know that once you cruise out of it, it will be your favorite as well!
