My husband booked this cruise for me for my 70th Birthday. My 7 day cruise was shortened to 4 days due to Hurricane Irma. After surviving the Eye of the Hurricane in the Villages, Florida, with damage only to a downed Oleander bush and Palms and a yard full of Oak leaves and branches from my 2 Oak trees. We cleaned the yard and bagged the debris and then on Wednesday the 13th of September ( my Birthday), we drove to Port Canaveral in record time with light traffic. At the port , embarking was easy and quick. At 1 PM are room was ready and our suitcases were at our door. We made reservations for dinner at 150 Central Park for my birthday dinner. Dinner was suburb! Our waiter sang Happy Birthday and gave me Cheesecake with a lighted candle. Such a special Birthday that I will never forget the year Irma tried to take my cruise away-but thankfully failed.

We did in four days, everything we wanted to do in 7 days. We played miniature golf, sat in the whirlpool with another lovely couple we just met-relaxing and fun! Dinner at Chops and enjoyed the new menu. Our other two nights at the dining room. One of those nights was Lobster night and I savored my 2 Lobsters. We went to the Comedy Club and had fun interacting with the comedian about being the longest married couple in the room- 49 years. I never laughed so hard! I lost money in the casino, but didn't care because I was on the most perfect cruise of my life so far.

Now I am anxiously waiting to return to the Oasis on

Cabin D7

No Problems! Wonderful stateroom attendant, Pennell Morgan. She met all of our needs.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We only stopped at Cozumel and stayed on the ship. We have been to Cozumel many time before and passed times gets an A plus for excursions when taken.
