I had great experiences on Viking river cruises, and expected no less on Viking's ocean cruise. My expectations were more than met. The ship is luxury from stem to stern. The dining experiences were something we looked forward to each day. We tried to meet new people at each meal but quickly made friends and began sharing our meals with them.

The excursions were enjoyable and educational. Saint Petersburg will remain in our memories as the jewel of Russia. The entertainment both on the ship and on the excursions, was wonderful. I videoed some of it and posted it on Facebook when I got home.

The cabin was everything I expected and more. I felt right at home with all the amenities, including the complimentary service bar. The attendant customized the contents to my requests. The wifi connection was good most of the time, a little iffy at sea. Read more
