I chose this cruise from recommendation of friends, who absolutely loved it, and so did I. The embarkation / disembarkation so smooth and efficient. The ship is generally beautiful w/ every corner thought of from the corridor rails, wardrobe handles, stairs, elevator decor, restaurants, nicely laid out. The cabins are comfortable, with a nice large flat screen TV where you can watch free movies, lectures or shore excursion talks you might have missed, or just simply listen to music or just watch ship's sailing. The bathroom has heated floors, showers has menu showers, and enough storage space for 2 people. Cabin service excellent. They provided nice Norwegian shampoo, conditioners & lotions. Had room service twice which was excellent. Restaurants were amazing. From the buffet, to the specialty Italian & the chef restaurants were excellent. Excellent high quality food & service.

Entertainment was very good. I particularly loved the operatic shows by the cruise director Heather Clancy. That was the biggest hit. We all rushed too early to get good seats and the show room was packed! And she delivered!

Shore excursion was informative & sufficient, introduction to the environs. For the most part I enjoyed the ship more than anything.
