We sale with Viking because of the small boutique ships which are absolutely beautiful! They are tastefully appointed in a Scandinavian design, not over the top and garish as some ships. I love that they cater to adults and not teens or children. I love children but never having our own we prefer to travel in a more quiet setting. This was only our third Viking cruise, the first being a river cruise, the second the Mediterranean Odyssey cruise, the third being the Viking Homeland cruise. We loved all three but we preferred the ocean cruises the most. The size of ship was perfect for us and the destinations a dream. We will certainly go on more in the future. In fact we can't wait. I highly recommend this cruise line for those of you who are not interested in casinos, water slides, rock climbing walls etc. you won't be disappointed.
