I chose this cruise because I wanted to go to St. Petersburg, Russia, and Berlin, Germany, especially. However, I also enjoyed all the countries I visited. Sometimes I felt a bit rushed, but that was because I chose several of the additional excursions that took more time. The ship was really nice, very clean and had great service. The food was really good. I especially enjoyed the daily gelato. There was always something great to eat. Homemade pizza and salads were great. The specialty restaurants were good, but one had to check the menus before selecting the dining reservation because one restaurant only had one menu that changed every few days. The ship's entertainment was really good. The Entertainment Leader was excellent - very personable. He even ate breakfast with us one morning. Television also was good. We binge watched House of Cards several days, and the daily event information with weather was great to prepare for the excursions. Our guides were very knowledgeable and kept us out of the crowds as much as possible which was great since some the excursion sites were really crowded. I was amazed at how many people are traveling right now, especially the Japanese. The cabins were excellent - heated bathroom floors.

Cabin Review

Really enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and being able to look at scenery while sailing and coming/going from port.

Port Reviews

Aalborg

This was one of my favorite stops. Such a lovely place. I did not think the oil museum would be interesting, but it was. Enjoyed shopping here. The streets were so pretty with the colored buildings and doors along with the flowers. I ended up with a private tour since everyone stayed behind. The guide gave me all the history on the way back to the ship. Really enjoyed it.
