Dublin to Lisbon cruise started with ship not being in port where it was supposed to be, high winds, first night staying in port, first port of call cancelled, grey skies.

Sounds bad? No it wasn´t bad at all.

Ship incoming had to divert to Dublin City ( from originally Dún Laoghaire, small village south of Dublin) which we did not know about. Check in and Transfer to ship and it´s new location was painless and seamless though in Dan Laoghaire with bus transfer to ship.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin AX

Ship is stable but moves around quite a bit, so cabin choice should probably be taken seriously if you are affected by movement. Deck 2 was perfect for us, as was the midship location. I would not have enjoyed deck 1, and probably not even deck 3 (unless midship), where the Junior Suites are ( =2 cabins made into 1). The 2 top suites and Suite 501 (Junior Suite ) were probably the worst choices on this particular cruise, due to being on deck 5, front behidn the Bridge, which must have had a lot of movement on this cruise). Otherwise they seem lovely cabins !
