I loved this Cruise ship and enjoyed every minute of it. and can't believe the negative comments. Having dined in the Meridian Restaurant which I was not impressed with, we headed to the Horizon dining area which was much better, plenty to choose from and nice and hot, the cakes & desserts were lovely and a lot to choose from. You get the usual moaning from non -smokers about the smell of tobacco, but has they had lots of bars & indoor area to use i can't see the problem. We Smokers had the use of SOME outdoor areas which could be breezy, but we are used to that :) I could not fault the staff I met and was always greeted with a good morning and how are you today,which was very nice and some even stopped to chat and tell us what was going on that day. and did we enjoy our excursions. Some passengers are rude and think they own the ship, pushing past to get to the front, I was having none of that, we all paid to be on the ship,

The embarkation and disembarkation was fabulous no waiting around..

I had no problems waiting for the lifts like some have complained about. Some days was in the lift by myself. A women did moan when the lift opened and was full, as she shouted out Oh look able bodied people!!! I happen to suffer from Rhuematoid Arthritis so was a bit miffed i could not have answered her back, as the lift doors shut!! Don't judge everyone just because they use the lifts. that's what they are there for. The ship has 17 floors for heavens sake, We got to watch Sam Bailey and the comedian, you just have to get there early, they do two shows 8.30pm, and 9.30pm so have an early dinner or leave it to after the show. They have a cinema you can watch films all through the day. The only gripe I had was the charge for water was extortionate. I would definitely go on this ship again.
