Back in 2010 we cruised to Alaska on the Celebrity Millenium, we loved it so much we wanted to go back, we did and we loved it all over again! The Infinity is just like the Millenium, while they may be older ships they are clean and well taken care of, every one of the crew we came in contact with was always smiling and saying hello, the crew was wonderful! The ports were very nice as well as the excursions kayaking, fishing & a helicopter ride to the Mendenhall Glacier and a guided walk on the glacier. We had a balcony cabin, that was extremely clean and well stocked. Embarkation was a longer process this time than it was back in 2010 I thought I'd never get on the ship! Disembarkation was well organized and speedy. We always went to the Rendezvous lounge and they had all different kinds of entertainment. This is the first time we had the Select seating and it worked out better than the assigned seating. Being a vegetarian I always had enough choices and the food was excellent.
Cabin was always clean and well stocked with towels. Harris was our cabin steward, you never really seen him, but you knew he was around. He always knew when you were out of the cabin and he would go in and freshen up the room or turn down the bed at night.
Just walked around Ketchikan and went to all the shops, looked at the totem poles and you have to walk Creek street, look for the seals in the water!
