Baltic was great seeing Russia was very busy and could have used 3 nights there. Too much to get in with only 2 nights on the Regal Princess. We have used Princess since the original Regal 25 years ago. I admit they had a large selection of food especially catering to the Asians, but quality of food like steak even in the dining room were very poor.
Considerable confusion and seating availability in the buffet section was at every meal. Unlike the Caribbean eating outside eating is virtually non existent due to the cool temperatures in the Baltic. This causes high congestion and especially as passengers tend to sit there for long periods to read or talk, Understandably Princess cannot ask them to leave.
Anyone going in the future to the German port would be strongly advised to skip Berlin as we did and go to the Train Station take the connecting train to Bad Doberan and ride the over 100 year old Steam Train and Coaches to have lunch by the sea.The train is called Molli. The last Car is an elaborate but simple dining car with Wine and Beer.
Balcony unobstructed and clean.
