Elevators jammed pack with not a single inch to spare. Long lines for everything... Want a drink? Wait 20 minutes, there are 50 people waiting for one bar tender. This is pretty much what the entire experience was like. 6700 people is just too many for a cruise ship no matter how big it is. Dinner took over two hours. Everything on the ship costs extra-- and is very overpriced. Long hold times to make reservations or talk with guest services. Private Island was crowded- long wait times, up to 45 minutes for the 'tram' to take you to the beaches some of which are too far to walk to if you have kids. No late night dining- everything closes at 9 except for Pizza- which wasn't that great.

Room service is no longer free- $7.99 "delivery charge" plus tax and tip so basically $10 if you want room service-- which again it took almost 75 minutes to get our order at 11pm...
