Oceania lives up to its reputation for being one of the best. As a new cruise ship passenger, I would suggest more instruction on the initial embarkation. I am new to cruising and some of the people I interacted with assumed that I should know how to board they ship.

Overall the experience was great. The crew onboard takes good care of you and the cabins are most comfortable. Even better than some hotel stays. The water got rough at times, but the captain gave us warnings.

At the port of Sorrento, we were delayed but not notified until the time to disembark which caused confusion. Hopefully this can be avoided in the future with advance notice.
