The ship is stunning. I loved it this time as much as the first time and can't wait to see it after its refurb. The staff are friendly and the entertainment caters for all age groups. The food is excellent.

The dining room is beautiful with its chandeliers and grand stair case. The dining staff can't do enough for you and are so polite. The food onboard was first class. I enjoyed every mouthful of the half stone I put on in weight... however, there's really no need to put weight on as you can have all the excercise you need onboard. The gym is excellent with a variety of machines to use. There's also a running track on deck 12 which goes around the entire deck, as well as the sports courts where you can play a number of sports. There's the flow rider and crazy golf if you like something less energetic.

Entertainment was excellent with a variety of shows. Comedians, singers, musicals, musicians. You name it!

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin Q

The cabin is spacious with lots of space for clothes, cases, shoes and toiletries. Nice bright area for make up and hair. Bathroom was more than adequate and the bed is so comfortable.

Port Reviews

Gibraltar

Great port. Our 3rd time here so we've done it all now. High street, the rock, the gardens and wildlife park. Only thing I'd say is some shops in gib wouldn't except Scottish notes so make sure you have English ones so not to be disappointed.

Villefranche

Beautiful port, lovely pebble/sandy beach. Nice to swim in. The old town is very steep so not ideal for ppl with walking difficulties. Quirky little streets with lots of bars and cafes. You can take the train to Nice, or Monte Carlo which takes about 7-10 minutes.

Marseille

Lovely port but stick to the sea front for nice bars, restaurants and shops. The shopping centre is great with all your big shops you'd find at home if that's what your looking for. We stopped here on a Sunday so other than the shopping centre a lot of the smaller shops were closed. Beautiful cathedral here.

Malaga

Very pretty modern port that's got lots to see and do. We went on a Segway tour here. We had a fantastic time. Great way to get around a lot of places in a short space of time. Nice shopping area too with good places to eat/drink.

Lisbon

We had a nice walk around the old town which was lovely. Lots to see and do here. You can take a famous tuktuk tour. Or the hippo bus, which is an amphibious bus. Beautiful city. Trams and cathedrals and fountains galore.
